A: It depends. For our stock designs, our MOQ is 50 pieces, and we can print the customer's logo directly on the stock design, which is OEM service. For our customer designs, our MOQ is 50 pieces per design per color. We can also adjust the quantity according to different situations. Q: Do you provide samples before ordering?
A: Of course, samples can be sent to evaluate your quality before bulk ordering. Please contact our professional sales team to get free samples.

Q: How long is the production time of ZC?
A: Generally speaking, our production time is 15-25 days after the pre-production sample is confirmed.

A: Inner packing: 1 piece/a polybag. Outer packing: carton.

Q: Which products do you support customization?
A: We mainly support customization of bras, briefs, babydolls, leggings, sexy costumes and swimwear. But we can also provide ready-made shapewear and sportswear if you need.

Q: Can I add my logo on the lingerie?
A: Of course. We have many ways for you to choose.

Q: Can you customize my slogan bags/labels/hangtags?
A: We can customize your shipping bags/labels and hangtags. The minimum order quantity is 50 pieces. One-stop service to enhance the professionalism of your brand.

Q: How does ZC ensure the quality of lingerie?

A: 1. We have our own quality control process, and each production link (including but not limited to: fabric quality confirmation, size confirmation, pre-production sample confirmation, printing and embroidery, sewing, etc.) is carefully double-checked before shipment.

2. Buyers can arrange Qc inspection bythemselves before shipment.

Q: What Payment Methods Do You support?

A: T/T, Paypal, Bank transfer.

Q: When do you ship them?

A: For ready to ship items, they will be shipped in 5-7 days. For cutomized logo items,they will be shipped in 10-12 days.

Q: How can l track my parcels?

A: We will sent tracking number to you after delivery, you can got tracking info from shipping website. Also, we will remind of you the package status. 

Q: What is the shipping cost of your sample?

A: Our sample mainly uses DHL/FEDEX/UPS express company. The cost of a sample is based on different coutries,  anyway, we will tell you the different shipping cost and shipping time according to different shipping company, then you can decide which one you want to choose. Or also we can use your shipping agent in China, we directly send out the goods to your agent address in China.
